I grew up climbing trees, standing under waterfalls, and sleeping under the stars on the beautiful Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Long before I became a therapist, I was curious about what helps people feel grounded, connected, and fully alive.

That curiosity followed me across continents — through 12 years in the Middle East exploring mysticism, in my journey as a parent, and eventually in my spirituality-integrated psychotherapy training. Along the way, I began to see how emotional health, faith, culture, relationships, and the nervous system are never separate from one another.

Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (2026), I bring psychospirituality to my sessions, workshops, and retreats because I believe we are designed for meaning and connection. My work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-Based CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic therapy, while honoring each person’s spiritual and cultural framework.

In our sessions, we slow things down, explore patterns with curiosity, and make space for insight. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and gently expansive—helping you return to yourself with clarity, courage, and tools that can be shared with your loved ones.
