I grew up climbing trees, standing under waterfalls, and sleeping under the stars on the beautiful Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Long before I became a therapist, I was curious about what helps people feel grounded, connected, and fully alive. That curiosity followed me across continents — through 12 years in the Middle East exploring mysticism, in my journey as a mother of seven children, and eventually in my spirituality-integrated psychotherapy training. Along the way, I began to see how emotional health, faith, culture, relationships, and the nervous system are never separate from one another.
